Eagle Street Development is a real estate development firm, specializing in developing boutique high-end condominiums in Brooklyn and Manhattan, New York. The ideal candidate will be able to work across disciplines of Architecture, Construction, and Real Estate Development. They should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution and have substantial experience in all stages of development. Among other tasks, the candidate will lead the projects through all phases of development: from feasibility, to financing, acquisition, design, construction, and marketing & sales. Candidates with experience in real estate development are preferred.
Experience & Qualifications
Degree in Architecture and Real Estate Development preferred
5 or more years of relevant work experience, preferably in residential design
3 years of relevant construction management experience
Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
Ability to supervise and manage other designers
Experience in New York residential development
Ability to work collaboratively in person and remotely
Experience in Excel and financial modeling
