150 Years of MIT Architecture: Detroit Design Tour

MITArchA (MIT Architecture Alumni) and MITSEM (MIT Club of Southeast Michigan invite you to join MIT SA+P (Course 4) Alumni Tour Guides Robert Ziegelman, AIA, MArch ’59; Constance Bodurow, Assoc. AIA, AICP, CUD, SMArchS ’91; Noah Resnick, RA, SMArchS, ’04, for a design oriented tour of downtown Detroit architecture to celebrate the 150th Anniversary of the MIT SA+P and Detroit Month of Design 2018.

The tour will begin at Rivard (Cullen) Plaza followed by a tour of downtown. The event will conclude with a stop at an Eastern Market restaurant for refreshments. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable walking shoes and weather appropriate apparel. If the weather is extremely inclement, the tour will be rescheduled. We encourage participants to stay downtown for the evening, have dinner, and attend other events, such as Light up Livernois (https://designcore.org/month-of-design/schedule/). Register today!
