Shahin Riahi, our host and chef, was born in Isfahan, holds a master's degree from India and is part owner together with Abby Ansari, of Oakville Grille, an upscale neighborhood bistro crafting high-end New American cuisine in an upscale strip-mall setting in Bethesda, MD.
This Persian buffet lunch promises a very stunning variety of culinary delights. The menu is a phantasmagoria of Persian food, all made with fresh, organic ingredients according to traditions that date back over two thousand years. Guests will enjoy a buffet meal for both carnivores and vegetarians and a glass of house wine.
